  1. When you find a bug in this program, please contact me on my

  4. When you report a bug, please do it as detailed as possible, a
  5. simple line saying "The program crashed" won't help finding the
  6. problem.

  8. Other essential information could be:
  9. - A copy of you AUTOEXEC.BAT and/or CONFIG.SYS
  10. - Your setup (Computer type/setup, operating system etc)
  11. - How you set-up the configuration (which drive to catalog, where
  12.   you've left your PICLIST and INDEX-files, 4DOS-file present etc)
  13. - What the program did (Was it a crash, gave it an DOS-error (number!),
  14.   didn't it do what you wanted etc.)
  15. And ofcourse what version of the program you have.

  17. If an error occured when a graphical file is examined, it could help
  18. if you'd send me the file too.

  20. I'll try to remove every bug that's in the program that is reported to
  21. me. When you report bugs, please tell me what your opinion about the
  22. program is, and if you're interested in future releases (People who
  23. are interested and people who are registered will get an announcement
  24. with every new release by E-mail).

  26. If PicList hangs when you start it, it could be usefull to start
  27. PicList with the /D option, PicList should give you more info
  28. about what it's doing on startup, and it can easily be tracked where
  29. PicList does wrong things.
